Thanks to the generous contributions of our "FaithVue Founders", GivingVue's Board of Directors approved development of a FaithVue "lite" app.  The "lite" app, while not reaching the full vision for this app, will provide a captivating social prayer experience for users.  GivingVue's board decided it was best to get a FaithVue "starter" (rapid prototype) app launched soon because that can only help garner the additional support needed to build the full app.

The FaithVue "lite" app is scheduled to launch on iOS by mid-June.

January 8, 2014:  After more than 4 months of waiting for the IRS to review and make a determination on GivingVue's application for 501(c)3 nonprofit status, GivingVue is informed by the IRS, in a letter dated January 3, 2014 with a notice date of December 12, 2013, that our application has just been assigned to an 'Exemption Organization' specialist and that it will likely be another 3-6 months before the IRS completes our application review.  [See the letter here.]  WE CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER TO DEVELOP AND DEPLOY THIS GREAT PROJECT as an official non-profit.  So, we're raising funds now - believing that by the time our supporters file their 2014 taxes, we'll have an official determination from the IRS.

December 12, 2013:  After much crowd-sourcing and crowd-funding research, FaithVue builds and posts a page on Prefundia.  Prefundia is a crowd-funding 'ignition' service.  Crowd-funding projects build a following on Prefundia so that when they launch on Kickstarter or IndieGogo, the project gets a hot start.  On this date, FaithVue sends out its Prefundia announcement via Facebook and email to drive potential supporters to its Prefundia page.
