Per IRS instructions for tax-exempt organizations (shown below), GivingVue [incorporated as GivingVu.org, Inc. - a Colorado tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit] has filed 990-N electronic notices for its 2013, 2014, and 2015 tax returns. Copies of our submitted 990-N forms for 2013 and 2014 are below. The 990-N form for 2015 was not copied at its time of submission. So, the image below is a screen capture showing that the IRS accepted it.
Our board and staff members are all volunteers, so the donations raised to support our programs each year (which have not exceeded more than $9,200 in any one of our years), have been used to pay third party companies for their app development and program development work.
